Literally the worst wifi I have ever used. Goes down way too often and they expect you to pay $50 for 3 devices? Are you kidding me? Im done with this service, ridiculous that this is the only service some bases provide.I wish I could get a refund for all the money I spent on this garbage.

Absolute trash. This device charges way too much to have continuous disconnections I've called and they "tried fixing it" however it failed as always. They are a monopoly on military bases around the country and the world and should have competition to provide better service to their costomers as they are breaking federal code on monopoly.

WiFi outages that last wayyy to long. Service that is extremely overpriced for the speed that you get, and is certainly taking advantage of soldiers. They are just like Harris Jewelry that screws soldiers over for horrible products that cost a fortune. Highly do NOT recommend.

I'm not going to pay for a nearly 60$ service that ONLY gives 50mb max, for a max of THREE devices??? Overpriced dogsh**. On top of it being overpriced as hell, it also very frequently disconnects to the point I haven't been able to get on my xbox at all woth friends for THREE days now. It's Thanksgiving break, and I'm offline. Thanks boingo! Garbage company ripping people off because you're a borderline monopoly on campuses and bases.

They hardly give discounts when the wifi is out for about a week out of the month, every month. You’re better off using a hotspot, or any other wifi service that costs more. They have a monopoly on service members and deserve to go out of business for charging them so much for so little

How do you get away with being the service providers at airports when your product is totally useless? Impossible to log in. Numerous failed attempts. NEVER seems to work. I’ll be sharing this on social media. Get your act together or just go away.

Toilet water wifi that cuts out constantly, save money avoid at all costs. Pay a little more for wifi that's 50 times better than this hottest of trash internet service.

Absolutely trash, expensive and useless, goes out every time you blink for hours on end and you’ll get charged for another month after canceling your plan because these people are greedy people who rip off everyone who pays for this service.
Will also randomly add another device to your account so that you have to pay more money to them, and no matter how many times you disable device they’ll add it back to your account just so that they can get more money out every service member who uses this bs

the service which is provided is SUB PAR to say the least i have been in multiple bases east and west coast and the common theme is that boingo is the worst service provider there is. whenever boingo has competition such as COX or MGC those other companies always tend to have better service than bongo and their prices tend to be better. I genuinely do not think that boingo would survive as a business' if they did not have a government contract.

worst internet provider i’ve ever had. first off i wanna say, i should be refunded for 4 months of not being able to use the service due to it rarely working. second, i’ve been paying for the extreme internet which is 75$ for 100mbps. And when i go to download a game i can’t even get 20. Either refund me some of my money or decrease the price either way. i will not be continuing my subscription when i get back. absolutely horrible

Worst internet provider I’ve ever had. Rips off service members with ridiculous prices and horrible service. Constant disconnects that can be anywhere from ten minutes to DAYS long. Nobody buy this insulting excuse of a provider. Go out and spend your money on something that actually works.

Absolutely horrible. I love that they have a monopoly on service members, charge outrageous prices to cover 3 devices, and have constant (LONG) outages. I also love that my job is reliant on internet service. At this point, they should be reimbursing me for using my hotspot and for the gas money to get somewhere that works.

Outages are unannounced and are not fixed in a timely manner. Wish we had another option but we are forced to roll with Boingo for some godawful reason.

Truly unfortunate that the DOD does business with this company. Our troops deserve better. To think a service member is senior vice president of military business for boingo. Colonel Rebecca Gray should be ashamed of herself.

Boingo is by a long shot the worst experience iv had with an internet provider. There are three major issues with the service, 1.way to overpriced for the true value of the product, 2. The product it self, 3. The fact that no one else cares about how this “company is literally only existing to get over on single soldiers forced to live in the barracks. It’s laughable how astronomically terrible boingo is and I’m disappointed in the person in charge who gave them the contract they current have with the military. I’ve never been so furious with a company in my life. I to the upmost do not recommend this service to anyone. You’d find more of your moneys worth if you flushed it down a toilet.
